REFUND POLICY

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

If the item you have purchased online is no longer available due to stock error, theft or damage, we will offer to order you a copy or provide a refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Goods can be exchanged with proof of purchase for store credit to the same value. We do not provide cash refunds. Exchanges must be in pristine condition and be returned 30 days from purchase date. 
Receipt or customer account history can be used as proof of purchase.
