Return & Exchange Policy

Items purchased can be exchanged within 60 days of purchase or delivery/collection. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind.

Items can be returned to Naylor's store for an exchange or gift card.

When purchasing a gift in-store, ask for a Naylor's Gift Exchange receipt. This is valid for 60 Days from the date of purchase.

If you cannot easily get to a store, Contact Us to make arrangements.

Your exchange or gift card will be issued for the price you paid for the item, excluding any freight charges.

The item must still be in sale-able condition with any packaging intact.
